Incoming inspection

1.The weight ratio test is mainly used to identify the quality of PVC. The weight ratio of the impurities in PVC which used as jacket for copper wires will be the smaller the better, it stands for the higher purity thePVC is. All the PVC we adopted is the first hand raw material.
2.Copper wire tensile test: the elongation of naked copper wire is 20% and tin-plated copper wire is 15%, while the second hand impurity copper wire has poor elongation. By this test, we could know the anti-tensile strength of the copper wires.
3.Copper wire resistance test: it can determine the purity of copper wire
4.Swing and bending test: The swing and bending test is 60 times per minute. By the test, it can be tested whether the product can withstand multiple folding  in actual use.
5.Insertion and draw 10,000 times test: By the test, it can be ensured that the product can withstand at least 10,000 times insertion and draw in actual use.
6.Temperature chamber testing: Put the product in a -20℃ temperature environment to test the cold resistance of USB cables and the adhesion of glue at low temperatures.
